Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are handled per our Refund policy – Koi Bazaar. If you have a billing issue, please contact us at Koibzaar.support@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback — we're happy to resolve it directly. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and disputed.
