Our Promise

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple, hassle-free return process — with no restocking fees.

Order Cancellations

Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing Koibzaar.support@gmail.com

with your order number. After that window, cancellation can't be guaranteed as your order may already be in processing. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can return the item after delivery per the policy below.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in original condition
Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Restocking fee: None.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.

How to Return

Contact us — Email Koibzaar.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Pack your item — Repack securely in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documents.
Ship it back — Follow the instructions in your return authorization email.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days (timing may vary by bank or payment provider).

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size, color, or product. Email Koibzaar.support@gmail.com and we'll get it sorted.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at Koibzaar.support@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, issue a full refund or send a replacement at no charge.
